The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in in Minsk in its work puts emphasis on pro-export policy and increasing the efficiency of the national export support system. One of the important tools is the search for new markets, areas of cooperation, sectoral focus, active presentation of modern technologies and innovative products of Slovak companies in Belarus. In accordance with the pro-export support of the SR, it provides the presentation of successful innovation projects that are being implemented and are in the process of completion. The Embassy is looking for new production and business partners for the Slovak Republic, organizes exhibitions as part of the exhibition for the presentation of technological equipment and products destined for the markets of Belarus and the states of the Euro-Asian Union. It ensures fulfillment of the conclusions of the visit of PM R. Fica in Minsk from the negotiations with the President BY President Lukashenko with the aim of expanding the trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation between SR-BY.
In order to increase the turnover of the goods with the BY, we support the supply of technological equipment for the modernization and innovation of the energy, chemical, mechanical, food, wood processing and automotive industries. Cooperation in health and pharmaceuticals, nuclear energy, agriculture and tourism is developing. The Ministries of Mining promote innovation projects focused on science and research, information technology, biomedicine and biotechnology, research and drug production. In the area of environmental protection, the focus is on co-operation in the field of collection and processing of municipal and electrotechnical waste. Relations in the field of information and high technology are developing. The Embassy of the SR is ready to transfer the transformation and integration know-how, the experience in the field of nuclear energy and the realization of joint projects on the markets of third countries.
